Welcome to Water Utility Management's online bill payment service!

This service is available to all customers of South Atlantic Utilities, Middle Georgia Water Co., Coastal Georgia Water Co., and Chatham Water Co.

Through this service, you are able to do the following:

• pay your bill(s) by credit card from any location, at any time of day, with complete security
• have payments posted into your account from your credit card within 48 hours
• review detailed account information, including usage history, and billing history
• receive email notices of billing dates and due dates
• receive a detailed confirmation email every time you pay

For your online account to be activated, you will be required to create a log-in using your account information. We recommend that you have a copy of your bill handy for the first time you create your online account, as you will need to enter some information off your bill EXACTLY for the system to set you up. Please study the example bill thoroughly to ensure you have the correct Account Name, Account Number, and District Code for your setup information. Otherwise, your payment may be misrouted. We strongly recommend that you use your email address as your username, and that you pick a password that is easy for you to remember.

After you sign up, you will receive an email noting your username and account information. You will likewise receive a confirmation email every time you make a payment online.

Recurring ACH and Credit Card Payments

You can also set up your account to be paid automatically via recurring credit card payments or ACH bank drafts. Please note that:

• All ACH transactions and recurring credit card payments will be drafted on the 15th of the appropriate month.
• ACH transactions are subject to a $1.00 fee each payment.
• Credit card payments are subject to a 3% fee each payment.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for all payments to post to your account.

This service charges a 3% convenience fee for credit card transactions, which will be calculated and added to your bill before you complete the transaction; ACH transactions carry only a $1.00 fee.

** IMPORTANT ** Online transactions may take up to 48 hours to process. If you are making a payment close to a deadline, please call the office and make your payment by phone to avoid any chance of a late payment and subsequent fees or interruption in service.
